Q4 2020 Performance of Top Fast Food Apps in Latin America on Android

In the fourth quarter of 2020, the fast food and fast casual restaurant app category saw varying performances across top brands in Latin America on the Android platform. The data provided by Sensor Tower offers insights into the download trends and weekly active users for these popular apps.

The McDonald's Offers and Delivery app saw its downloads fluctuate, with a peak of around 306K in the week of November 23rd and a low of approximately 147K in the week of November 2nd. The app's weekly active users showed a similar pattern, reaching a high of nearly 1.76M users in the same peak week.

Burger King Brasil experienced a download surge in the week of November 23rd with over 133K downloads, while other weeks hovered between 60K and 75K. The weekly active users reflected a high point of around 649K in November, with numbers remaining fairly consistent throughout the quarter.

The Habib's app downloads saw a significant increase with over 103K in the week of November 16th, contrasting with other weeks, which ranged between 30K and 68K. Weekly active users for Habib's showed growth, reaching over 213K in mid-November.

KFC APP - Ec, Co, Cl, Ar y Ve had its highest number of weekly downloads at nearly 47K in late December, while the lowest was around 24K at the beginning of November. Weekly active users for KFC's app peaked at over 201K in the week leading up to Christmas.

Lastly, Burger King® Argentina observed its downloads peak at around 38K in late September, with a general downward trend ending at approximately 27K by the end of December. Active users reached a high of nearly 103K in mid-December.
